- 1/2 cup seedless dates
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1/2 cup rice
- 5-6 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- chopped almond and cashew for garnishing
Step – 1 Soak the finely chopped dates in 1 cup of milk for 1/2 hours.
Step – 2 Then grind the dates in the grinder and make a smooth paste.
Step- 3 Heat milk in a pan and cook it on low flame then add date paste and stir with spoon
Step – 4 When both mix together add sugar and rice to it and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Step – 5 Allow it to boil up till it becomes thick.Now add cardamom powder and garnish with cashew and almonds.
